FAQs
We know planning a wedding comes with plenty of questions. Here you'll find answers to some of the most common enquiries about our collections, booking process, delivery and styling. If you can't find what you're looking for, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Booking and Pricing
What is included in the Base Collection?
The Base Collection forms the foundation of every wedding we style. It includes two Aisle Statement Trees, one Welcome Sign Planter, and full delivery, styling and collection on the day. Every package builds on top of this.
How do I know which package suits my wedding size?
Our three collections are based on guest table numbers. Intimate Manor suits weddings with four to seven tables, Classic Manor suits eight to eleven, and Grand Manor suits twelve to fifteen. If you are unsure which band your wedding falls into, simply get in touch and we will confirm the right fit for you.
Can I add extra styling clusters if my venue has several distinct spaces?
Yes. Each collection includes a fixed number of Signature Styling Clusters, but larger venues or those with several separate areas, such as a distinct ceremony room and reception space, can often benefit from additional clusters. These can be added on request.
Do you offer bespoke quotes for weddings larger than fifteen tables?
Yes. Weddings of this size usually need a closer look at logistics before we can quote accurately, so please get in touch and we will put together a bespoke proposal for you.
Payment
How much is the deposit and when is it due?
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in two stages, with fifty percent payable three months before your wedding and the final balance due thirty days before.
When is the remaining balance due?
Your balance is split into two payments, one at the three month mark and the final payment thirty days before your wedding date.
What happens if my final table numbers change after booking?
We understand that guest numbers can shift as planning continues. Please let us know as soon as you have a confirmed number, no later than four weeks before your wedding, so we can adjust your collection and styling accordingly. Please note that a significant change to numbers may increase or decrease your final price.
On The Day
Do you deliver, style and collect everything yourselves?
Yes. Delivery, full styling and collection are handled entirely by us and included in every package. There is nothing for you to set up or take down.
How much notice do you need for venue access on the day?
Where possible, we prefer to style your wedding the day before, allowing every botanical display to be carefully positioned and perfected ahead of your celebration.
If this isn't possible, we'll arrange access a few hours before your ceremony, with timings agreed in advance with both you and your venue. We usually return the following day to carefully dismantle and collect the plants and planters, making the process completely seamless for you.
What happens if it rains or the ceremony moves indoors?
Our plants and trees are suited to both indoor and outdoor settings, so a change of location is rarely a problem. If your ceremony moves indoors at short notice, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust placement accordingly.
Care and Damage
What happens if a plant or planter is damaged during the wedding?
Accidents do happen, particularly with excitable guests and a dance floor nearby. A fully refundable deposit is required at the time of the final payment. Any loss or damage to plants or pots during the hire period is the responsibility of the client, and repair or replacement costs will be invoiced after the event where necessary, with fair wear and tear always taken into account.
Do the plants and pots remain your property throughout the hire?
Yes. All items remain our property throughout the hire period and are collected by us after your wedding.
Cancellation and Changes
What happens if we need to cancel?
We understand plans sometimes change. Your deposit secures your date and, outside of the initial fourteen day cooling off period, is non-refundable. If you cancel within thirty days of your wedding, the remaining balance may still become payable, since we are unlikely to be able to rebook the date and will already have incurred costs specific to your wedding.
Can we postpone to a new date instead?
Yes, where possible. Subject to availability, we are happy to move your booking to a new date rather than treating it as a cancellation. Please contact us as early as you can if your plans change.
What happens if you are unable to fulfil our booking?
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering your booking, such as illness, vehicle failure or extreme weather, we will do everything we can to find a suitable alternative. Where that is not possible, we will refund any payments received for the parts of the service we were unable to provide.
Coverage
Which areas do you cover?
We style weddings across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset, and the surrounding areas. If your venue falls slightly outside this, do get in touch, as we are often able to accommodate weddings further afield.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates, particularly across spring and summer, book up well in advance. We would recommend securing your date as early as possible once your venue is confirmed.
